The hotel offers a very interesting “experience package” with nature. Its privileged location is full of trails, paths, and experiences to explore in the region. It has a fascinating centennial memorial and history. The entire hotel team is super attentive and always shows they enjoy what they do, even the new Rafael, who was very enthusiastic in his interactions with us. The guides are very caring, passionate about what they do, like Marcos who explains all the botanical and natural aspects! The hotel provided an excellent recreation team suitable for both adults and children, coordinated by Well and accompanied daily by Tio Pipoca, Tia Sol, and Tio Salada. For families with children, recreation is essential. The food was very good throughout, especially lunch where the chef prepared Tambaqui, Bacalhau, and pasta—a mix of Brazil, Portugal, and Italy. The only suggestion for improvement is that, in the afternoon, the hotel should offer a “café da tarde” period, as they did on reception day. With lunch at 12:00 and dinner at 19:30, an intermediate coffee, even simple, would enhance the guest experience.
