The location of this guest house is pretty good, but that's about it. The place was clean, I'll give them that, but everything else was just average or worse. For the price, I don't think it's worth it - 1200 a day is too much for what you get.

“Overall experience was good”

The staff here were really friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was amazing - but that's where the positives end. I was pretty put off by the cleanliness, especially when I saw a cockroach near my bed. Not exactly what I'm looking for in a hotel.

“Best stay”

This hotel's got a great location and it's really neat and tidy, which is plus. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, but unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn't working properly, which made for an uncomfortable stay.

“It's very worst experience we had in your this property. Switch board are not functioning”

Honestly, my experience here was a disaster. The staff seemed really uninterested and impolite, which set the tone for a frustrating stay. We ordered food before 10 am, but it wasn't served correctly, and to make matters worse, they stopped serving breakfast after 10 am. The one staff member handling breakfast took ages to serve even simple dishes like idli, which were also half-cooked.

“Overall, a nice experience and a preferred place of stay in Bangalore”

I enjoyed the breakfast here and the location is fantastic - it's so quiet and peaceful. However, I had some issues with the hot water, which was scalding and couldn't be adjusted to a comfortable temperature. Also, it would've been nice to have a cab service with a driver for sightseeing, and the lack of nearby grocery stores or restaurants was a bit inconvenient.
