The response to my check‑in request was extremely fast, and when I arrived the staff greeted me with a smile and gave a thorough explanation. Renting the entire building meant I could stay with my children without any worries, and I’ll definitely book again.

The facilities are very child‑friendly and the little ones had a blast. The bath, scented with pine, was calming, and the Aeon mall is just a short walk away, which is super convenient. The only downside was the abundance of tiny insects.

I loved that there was no TV—it was the best part, letting me relax completely and feel my heart warm. Everyone was happy chatting. The only issue was the usual small scratches.

It’s a private rental with plenty of rooms, so even a large number of kids is fine. The kids’ space and the hinoki bath are fantastic, and everything else is top quality.
