The room was big, spotless, and pleasant, and the price was reasonable. They couldn’t bring the bike into the room, the hot water was out in the morning, there was no air‑conditioning in the evening, and no discount was offered.

The accommodation was comfortable. It felt a bit old‑fashioned.

Breakfast and location were excellent. As with many of the hotels we stayed in—something we mentioned in our reviews—there were no wall hangers for hanging clothes while showering. The existing hangers only hold towels and are impractical for garments. There may be some sensible reason, but it doesn’t seem financial, as the investment would be minimal, and it would greatly ease handling clothes in the bathroom.

I liked the room, the cleanliness, and the friendly staff. Everyone explained everything and we extended the stay without any trouble. They took what I left in the fridge and personal items from the bath, probably because the cleaner didn’t understand that I was extending. The personal items were returned, but the fridge contents were not.
