“Please send the proof of my refund and remove this hotel from your listing immediately.”

This hotel must be removed from your portal. I paid through your portal, but when we arrived that night they claimed there was no booking from you. What’s the status of my refund? Please update me on the refund to avoid legal action, as I cancelled the booking online on your portal when they said there was no booking and the hotel name was different.
