The location and panoramic windows were nice, but the food was bad—veal kebab was stale and tough, breakfast was awful and not worth it, there were flies and mosquitoes in the restaurant, even on the food. Our rooms had no air conditioning, so the morning heat from the sun through the windows was intense; closed curtains and open windows didn’t help at all. The restaurant staff were completely unfriendly and clearly didn’t enjoy their job. Reception staff were very helpful and assisted with a taxi, but the chat employee misinformed us by saying Yandex was working when it wasn’t, and claimed there were no other taxis.

Everything was great, the staff were simply wonderful, and the view from the villa was magical.
