I enjoyed the comfort and relaxation; there were no issues.
The hotel is great, but the location is not ideal.

The first time we booked a pool‑view room, then after three days we asked to upgrade to a higher room; the staff’s attitude flipped 360 degrees and they offered no service at all. I even forgot a card in the room, they refused to give me a new one until I shouted, then the manager arrived – I don’t recommend this place; they’ll raise your anger.

Comfortable bed!!! Great buffet breakfast. Loud music playing, The shuttle only goes 4 times during the day and you have to tell them 2 hours in advance for both ingoing and returning and the last shuttle back is at 8.15pm. Not ideal
The location was perfect and the ground‑floor room overlooking the pool, plus the well‑equipped club, were highlights. However, the lobby and reception were open to the elements with no air‑conditioning, making it sweltering, and the bathroom offered no privacy for two adults because the door was a pull‑type with the safety latch inside the bathroom.
