“Poorly behaved staff.”
Good location. Unfortunately the staff do not suit this establishment. The reception and bar staff seem to treat it as their own private space. Cussing and screaming at each other. Quite obviously all their friends come to hang out there with them while they work. Didn't have a professional vibe at all and at one point was very intimidating so I left my drink half finished and returned to my room. Asked to order food, was told the menu wasn't available, but they had some burgers. Get better staff, or put a visible manager on duty to keep an eye on things
