The only bright spot in our stay was the receptionist who provided us with cockroach spray - that was some top-notch service. Unfortunately, it was overshadowed by the fact that our room was infested with cockroaches. We asked for help and the staff did come to spray the area, but it only seemed to make things worse. The aftermath was a chaotic scene with three strong men shouting and a few cockroaches meeting their demise.
