The spacious room with a kitchenette was great, especially traveling with kids; the accessible first‑floor room was also excellent. However, the bed was very uncomfortable and I woke up several times. Normal hallway conversations seeped through the closed door, and the pool door sticks and had to be forced open.

I loved the room—it was clean, the amenities were nice and tidy, and the staff were respectful. Nothing else to complain about; I’d definitely return.

Everything was very clean, well stocked, and the staff were very nice. The indoor pool was spotless and my daughter loved it; we’ll definitely return.

Location was wonderful. Price was good for location. Breakfast was good. Courtyard was really pretty. Restaurants and shopping nearby were easy to get to. We enjoyed that aspect a lot having small children. The room was musty. No ventilation in bathroom. We were on first floor and found a lizard in the shower one day. Unpleasant. We were offered another room but it was our last night with two littles and it wasn’t worth the hassle. Also no housekeeping on weekends. We needed towels and were told to go to front but the person was gone
