The room we had was spacious, the location was good, and whenever we needed something the concierge was super quick to deliver! Some staff were extremely stand‑offish; mainly the reception was friendly.

I really like the location near CIQ and the room was spacious with a kitchenette. The only downside was the TV – they don’t use a smart TV, so the channels were just boring.
