“In at 1:00am out at 9:00am”
I had a room and a bed to sleep in, but I ended up in a different room than the one I booked, it didn’t smell clean, and no one was at the desk when I tried to check out.
The staff were great and the location was excellent, but there was no coffee or soap in the room, which was quite disappointing.

The staff were friendly, the hotel was very clean and the room was comfy, and everything else was fine.
The pool was a highlight, even though we found a cigarette butt in it, the location was super convenient to I‑93 and attractions, parking was included, staff were very friendly, the fridge was spacious and appreciated, and the price was the best around, yet the ceiling in the bathroom was falling apart, the shampoo bottle nozzle was broken and I had to ask front desk for a replacement late in the evening, there was no privacy tag or cleaning tag on the door, no safe for valuables was visible, breakfast timing was inconsistent so we missed it the second morning, the room was clean but had a very strong odor, the exit door slammed every time someone used it making it hard to sleep next to it, and the bed was comfortable but the sheet was either the wrong size or too big and kept slipping off during the night.
