Check‑in was fast, the front‑desk staff were very respectful and courteous, and the location was close to the places I needed in Riyadh. The cleanliness could use a bit more attention.

I wasn’t impressed at all: the toilet was open without any cover, and the reception staff behaved very poorly, showing a high level of narcissism and an inappropriate style.
