Nothing was as described; the views, service, beds, and overall comfort were all disappointing.

The location, cleanliness, and staff were great, but for a luxury stay the bathroom lacked proper space for hanging towels or toiletries in the shower (no shelves), especially since we were three.

The service was outstanding—staff everywhere, from reception to the restaurant to housekeeping, were friendly, helpful, and professional, and the facilities were great. Nothing else to add.
