“Séjour décevant à cause de la récéptioniste, c'est fort dommage !”

4.0/10. No comment on the positive side because of the taxi scam we experienced. We asked the receptionist for a taxi back to Paksé because online taxis were unavailable; she demanded 80 € for the trip, while we had paid 12 € for the outbound ride with Green SM. We finally negotiated 40 €, but the driver turned out not to be a legitimate taxi. This is unacceptable for a hotel of this category, and the deceit ruined our stay.

“Excellent séjour dans cet établissement de charme”

10.0/10. Everything was great: room décor, staff availability and friendliness, and meal quality. The only downside was that our room smelled damp.

The staff are great and the setting is very pleasant, but I can’t say the same about the so‑called manager, who seemed more like a swindler. He acted friendly in front but was dishonest behind the scenes, charging us an exorbitant fee for an activity he claimed was included in the hotel services. We assumed it was free because he never mentioned a price, and we didn’t ask. The charge was processed through the booking platform, and he forced the payment.

“Charming boutique. Loved it!”

Absolutely loved our stay here. Fabulous rooms. Details all sorted. Great location. Our favourite stay in our 6 week stay through SE Asia. Brilliant manager who could not have been more thoughtful and helpful. Go there. You won’t regret it
