Everything was immaculate—spotless rooms, excellent staff, superb breakfast, and top‑level service. They even offered free pick‑up and drop‑off at the station, gave nice little gifts, and helped with everything. The location was superb and the personnel were outstanding; I highly recommend it.

The hotel sits inside the ancient walls of Pingyao, offering a fantastic location, beautiful, elegant and spotless surroundings, a spacious room equipped with every comfort, free shuttle from the train station, and staff who patiently point out the main sights and suggest places to eat – truly one of the best experiences in China.

I really enjoyed my time here; the staff were super friendly and always ready to help, the room was tidy and cozy, and the spot was perfect—close to lots of restaurants and sights. I’ll definitely return when I’m back in Pingyao.
