Friendly staff, excellent service, great food & upgrade to suite. Nothing!

Spacious rooms, good restaurant, safe area to walk. Only minor but we had a fair bit of wind noise being 9 stories up (it was bad weather)
“Love the Hyde Rosebank!!”
The staff are so friendly and welcoming that’s why we came back. Convient and close to restaurants and mall for shopping and we felt safe Food was good . Room was clean. We stayed at the Hyde before This time there was a smoke smell in the bathroom that didn’t go away the staff even put diffusers in room and bathroom It didn’t help. Strange because we didn’t have that before
