The location is very central, close to the palapas (which are now empty and everything is pricey), near the ADO for exploring other beautiful spots, and right across from buses heading to the hotel zone; however, my pillow smelled terribly damp, the bed was very hard, the fan moved a lot and was noisy because it’s old, the air conditioner was also noisy but not as much as the fan, and you can hear everything happening in the hallway as if you were there.

Very central next to the city hall of Cancún, close to shops and nightclubs, making it very convenient for moving around; the staff was very friendly, but there was no mini fridge in the room even though they did lend me a cooler.

Excellent location, but there was no elevator and the hallways had leaks.

All the service was attentive and the room comfortable, but they only give a small bottle of water upon entry instead of daily refills.

The cleaning was good, but the hot water took a while to come out, the sink faucet splashed too much water, the air control barely worked, and the outlet was so worn that chargers kept falling out.
