“Location, Room, aminities, staff are good”
Everything was fine. It would be better if they could increase room safety and privacy.

Nice hotel with a good restaurant. However, several items on the menu were unavailable, which is annoying. The buffet was large but overpriced. The buffet was expensive. For unexplained reasons you had breakfast in the room one day and in the restaurant the next. The staff were a bit too “fine”; they thought they were very important. The bathroom flooded when taking a shower because the drain in the bath is placed too high, and it’s also blocked.

The room was nice, the staff were helpful, and the high‑tea buffet was excellent; they even arranged a beautiful bed decoration to celebrate my birthday.

We rode a motorcycle and chose this hotel because it lay along the Ella‑Negombo route; the value for money was great. The staff were unprepared, and after showering the bathroom was almost flooded because water leaked out of the shower stall; the restaurant was open to outsiders and thus very crowded, and the breakfast music was loud.
