“room temperature and cleaning was not satisfactory”

Breakfast was decent. The air conditioner was unreliable—sometimes too cold, sometimes too hot, and it kept glitching. Nobody cleaned my room on Saturday, and no one delivered fresh towels that day either.

Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, and the staff were nice. No complaints at all.

EssenceEen maand geleden

Everything stayed clean and there were no construction issues. All was great.
