“Tutto bene”

The whole staff at the hotel – from the reception, to the breakfast area, to the room service – were all pleasant and smiling, which I really appreciated. The lady at the front desk gave me perfect recommendations for great restaurants and how to get to the city center. I just wish I could have said goodbye to her. I also enjoyed soaking up the sun on the balcony. The room was nice and very quiet, and the breakfast was excellent. I especially liked the hotel’s pass that covers all public transport, letting me move around the town and the city freely and even take the Renon funicular and a bus to Alpe di Siusi without paying. Thanks for everything. I would have liked the hotel to let me keep my bath towel for the whole stay so I wouldn’t have to change it every day.

The breakfast was good. The room had been renovated and the bed was large. The bathroom was small and had no bathtub. The hotel is on the outskirts and the road signs become hard to see after dark. The restaurant was closed.

“Lovely hotel short distance from town centre. Friendly helpful staff and great breakfast”

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great with a wide variety of choices. The rooms were comfortable and well presented. The hotel gives you the Bozen card/pass, which means you have free access to buses, cable cars, etc. That made exploring the area so easy. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The reception was extraordinarily friendly, the breakfast was ample, the Bozen‑Card offered great options, and the location was good.

The hotel is excellent. It provides a free public transport ticket for the duration of the booking. A great idea that I used extensively.
