Everything was fine, the rooms were nice, and the location was easy to reach. My experience: I saw two staff members; the young one was calm and pleasant, but the older one—his hair a bit white—was rude and didn’t know how to speak to guests. We were two of us and had to step out at 12 am for fresh air because we felt a bit stuffy, yet the staff said we weren’t allowed to go out at that hour. Why? This is our personal life; we can go wherever we want. Everything else was absolutely fine, just improve the hot water, and the young staff was very nice. No hate for anyone.

They responded properly, but after booking online we were told there was no room and to cancel. That was unfair—moving luggage everywhere and then telling us to change hotels.
