Breakfast was incredibly tasty, the street‑side setting was quiet, the airport shuttle was a big help, and the cleaning was spotless. The gym felt cramped and the plumbing drainage was poor.

The location was fine. The room was very small and the bathroom tiny. We paid extra for airport pick‑up and drop‑off with protocol assistance. The arrival service was okay, but the departure was extremely disappointing. Even though we had paid for someone to meet us and help with airport formalities, no one was there when we arrived. We waited in the car for about 15 minutes while the driver tried to find someone. In the end, because we were running late for our flight, we told the driver to leave and went without the service we had paid for. The international departure is arguably the more important part of the service, so this was especially frustrating and left us very disappointed.

The location is great. Breakfast had no vegetarian option, which is an issue for me as I’m only veg.

The place was clean enough and had a decent atmosphere, but the mosquitoes were a real nuisance and the managers were very rude.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, both at the restaurants, reception, and room service, and the daily housekeeping was also good, clearly following guest routines; the room faced the main avenue, yet the windows on the 10th floor were soundproofed and kept out all noise, which I really appreciated and made me feel very comfortable. The food was all great, though a bit more variety for foreigners might be nice, even though the Charcoal restaurant was very good.
