Right on the Rhine with a gorgeous view; a promenade in front of the door and the old town just 2 minutes away; a large, furnished balcony; nicely arranged rooms; a family‑run hotel with exceptionally friendly service and a cozy atmosphere; I’ll be back next year.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast offered good options. When they learned it was my birthday, they set up a special table with candlabra for our dinner—nice touch! The only downside was that there wasn’t much else to note.

Right on the river, with an on‑site restaurant. We stayed in a room overlooking the river with a balcony. I traveled with my mum and we shared a double bed that was spacious enough for both of us to have our own duvets. A 5‑minute walk to the supermarket and train station. Try the wine flight at the hotel. The staff were very pleasant and there is a lift available. Nothing to complain about. If you enter from the proposed side entrance, the approximately 10 steps are easier than the front. (See photo I have added with a picture of the side door)

Everything went well. The owner recently passed away and both her daughters have taken over the business. What impressed me most was the helpfulness and friendliness of the largely female staff, their quick service and attention to detail were astonishing—something I’ve never experienced before. The hotel is indeed at the foot of the Rhine with a beautiful view. For those with limited mobility, the entrance has a fairly steep, winding staircase that can be difficult to navigate, but there is also a side entrance. That entrance uses a straight staircase with both handrails. Parking space is a bit limited; although available throughout the city, it comes at a reasonable cost.
