The front desk staff were very rude; after I had a reservation they told me no rooms were available and that I had to leave. I was still charged and want a full refund.

My stay at this hotel was a disaster from start to finish. They stole my son's phone and refused to return it, even after we tracked it to the hotel and saw that it was still connected to their Wi-Fi. To make matters worse, the room we were given had a non-functional TV, which meant I had to be moved to a different room on the second floor. The stairwell leading to this room was in a deplorable state, with a strong smell of animal urine that was unbearable.

My stay at this hotel was generally pleasant, with clean and comfy rooms, a quiet atmosphere, and a good price. However, I did have some issues with the second floor, which I didn't particularly enjoy. Additionally, I was surprised to find that there was no ashtray in the smoking room, which made it difficult for me to smoke.

I was impressed by the cleanliness and well-lit property of this hotel, as well as the ample parking available. However, I was a bit disappointed by the lack of coffee, which was a major inconvenience for me during my stay. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and parking, but be prepared for limited coffee options.
