The parking should have been free, included in the room price. The reception could have spoken more slowly for someone who doesn’t speak the language well, instead of assuming instant understanding. The welcome was lacking smiles and greetings at both exit and re‑entry; I saw only a few smiles and few salutations. I understand the staff see many tourists, but a smile never hurts. Towels should be replaced more often, and the soap for washing was sparse.
