The staff was amazing and the breakfast was really good, yet my sheets were dirty and I had to ask for new ones. The room phone didn’t work, the room safe was locked, and I had to leave the room lights on to watch TV because of how the outlets were located.

The room was spacious and the location was great, but the cleanliness left something to be desired.

The place is well‑situated. However, lampshades and a shower rod were broken, the drapes over the PTAC unit blocked the vent so no airflow unless you open them, housekeeping didn’t do a great job cleaning or making the room comfortable, and the woman who checked me in wore a T‑shirt that read “I don’t give a shit,” which set a low tone for the hotel.
