“Horrendous disgusting and quite manipulative and also predatory.”
Disgusting. Stay away at all costs. It's not even worth the sleep because we got none. I wouldn't even put my worst enemy here. Onto why, this place not only confirmed wheelchair accessible and had 3 stairs into the property with no alternative entrance, the doors were not wheelchair friendly and the floors had uneven surfaces everywhere. The walls where covered in dust and yellow tar. The door was not possible for me to unlock or lock the door whilst in my wheelchair. My room which was supposed to be an apartment was the tiniest room which was supposed to have 3 beds a sofa and kitchen. It had 2 doubles no kitchen no sofa and no single bed. It was a folded up bed with no mattress. There was also a step up into the toilet. My wheelchair wouldn't fit in my room so had to be stored in the hallway which isn't just a security issue for my belongings but also a major trip hazard for other people. The shower and toilet was not accessible and the shower only ran frozen cold water. I could not open the windows my friend had to. Which once opened anyone could climb in or out of the window, or have their things snatched or worse, been trafficked as we was located next to a train station which had construction all night long with homelessan dodgy people lurking outside due to it being lit up and open. The beds barely fit my medical equipment which I need to sleep I also need boiled water for my medical equipment and my diet I need a kitchen. Neither of those things where there despite being on the booking accommodations. I'm absolutely furious and will be taking this complaint higher up. I hope the owners share are proud of how they treat the disabled community's people and how kind they were for us to have to bang on the door until some tiny lady in her pyjamas answered and couldn't speak English. 0/5 if I could and avoid as much as possible. The owners will face the consequences. Disgusting. Stay away at all costs. It's not even worth the sleep because we got none. I wouldn't even put my worst enemy here.
