The accommodation was super comfortable and nice, rooms had everything required. Coffee and water were free. The owner welcomed us warmly and was very kind. The metro lines were under repair, so there was no metro service; only buses were running and they took 1.10 hours. It was packed with people at any time, especially at night, full of local workers and there were no extra buses.

The building sits in an authentic part of Rome away from tourist crowds, giving a great chance to try local cafés and restaurants. A supermarket is nearby and public transport to the city center is excellent.

The room was clean, comfortable, well‑ventilated, with a good bathroom. It’s outside the center, but you could reach a station by bus and explore Rome by metro. The tram line in the area is under works, so to get to the metro you have to take a bus to get close to the station.

The property was very welcoming, the host immediately apologized for the lack of an air conditioner, didn’t consider the heat this week, and offered alternatives; for us it was fine. He helped us find plenty of cool items in the fridge and was very helpful with anything. The room was clean and cozy, the shared kitchen was also well equipped. Unfortunately it’s a bit inconvenient for the center but well supplied with transport.

The apartment should have had air conditioning, but it didn't. Breakfast was fine and I could use the kitchen. The only downside was the missing AC.
