The location is great. The windows are far enough that voices from outside still leak into the room.

The hotel is centrally located and everything is within walking distance. The breakfast menu is tiny, so there is hardly any choice. The balcony needs cleaning, and the room had leftovers from the previous guest.

The Bui Vien walking street, convenience stores, and many food spots nearby made it fun. The AC system and music were too loud and stayed on for long periods at night.

There was constant music all night from Bui Vien Walking street until 3 pm. The rooms were okay, but one AC unit didn't work well. It was fun with other travelers, close to 7‑11 and various street vendors, and there were all kinds of food and supplies you could find. The AC system and nighttime music were the main drawbacks.
