The food was excellent and the staff were friendly. There were times when the buffet had a lot of flies, and the stray cats on the outside sitting area were a bit worrisome. Some patrons who had a day pass also made the kiddy pool extremely dirty, and it could not be used.

The resort itself is pretty nice, but the kitchen just doesn’t live up to the place’s vibe. They’ve got a decent spread, yet the dishes feel a bit under‑cooked and lack that extra flair you’d expect. It’s a let‑down for a spot that’s otherwise lovely.

“I do not recommend this hotel”

The beach was the highlight—water crystal clear, though we did run into a few jellyfish. The surrounding nature was stunning. Unfortunately, everything else was a let‑down: meals were always cold and bland, rooms had mold, and the AC was a nightmare—so cold that a bunch of guests got sick. Staff were rude, and we even worried about theft. On top of that, we found cockroaches, which was just unacceptable.

“I wish I could get my money back because of the smell of mildew and lack of activities for guests especially night time”

Even though I wasn’t a Diamond member, a few staff members were surprisingly attentive, which I appreciated since I wasn’t thrilled with my room. Unfortunately, the room had a strong mildew smell that made it impossible to relax inside, so I spent most of my time outside.

“Acerade”

The environment and rooms were pleasant, but the front desk attitude left a bad taste—especially the staff on duty the 29th, 30th, and 31st mornings.
