There was literally nothing good. My first impression was that it was horrible. I talked with the receptionist and the manager, and they told me the room was "accurately described." It was not clean, had a horrible smell, a private toilet that was completely broken, and the shower had freezing cold water dripping from a rusty exposed pipe. I didn't stay the night because when I asked to change rooms, the manager kicked me out, said I was not staying because they "didn't trust me to stay," and threatened me, saying "be careful in Mexico when you book things and then complain." Don't stay here.

The stay was decent for one night. No particular issues, but the shower was shabby and it was a bit expensive.

The location was fine, but it seemed they had no intention to improve. I stayed four nights, two booked through the app and two directly, yet they still didn't provide a towel, which was chargeable and understandable. The other issue was a power outage (which is external and understandable), and in the hot weather our room had no light, so I couldn't turn on the fan even with a power connection. Some things can be tolerated, but having a bad rest due to issues they could improve to make the stay pleasant definitely requires attention.
