I stayed this hotel thrice in last 3 months. Overall hospitality is satisfactory and their food is not only delicious, quite sufficient in quantity and fast delivery

The public area is nice, the lobby is good, the bed is comfortable, the AC works great, and the staff are great. However, there are no tea or coffee amenities, the washroom amenities are not okay, I found an insect in the washroom, and there is no house water for the shower.

Staff is very lazy. Charge extra. Suit Booked low category but on site the room is very costly. For facility I calls many 2 times. na

I was impressed by the friendly staff and excellent services during my stay, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by a very uncomfortable bed and a poorly maintained bathroom. The mattress springs broke, causing me a lot of discomfort, and the bathroom was in a state of disrepair, with old and broken fixtures, and a lack of hot water and a functioning geyser.
