The place is inside Forest on the bank of a seasonal river facing hills . Thought one needs to reach the place crossing three seasonal rivers but owner arranged good care and hospitality . It gives a forest rest house kind of feeling where one can see huge number of bird species peacocks and peahens. It takes some time to adjust in this quite place where network is very limited . Once one adjust it is a great place to stay

The location was great. It wasn’t good value for money, both for accommodation and for the very limited selection of food. For example, a cup of tea and two ordinary biscuits cost ₹300!

We stumbled upon this serene haven, tucked away between two arms of the national park and perched above the river bed. It was the perfect spot to unwind for a few days. The owners took excellent care of us, serving up delicious meals that catered to our tastes. If you're a bird enthusiast, this place is a must-visit – the dry river bed is a great spot for a leisurely walk, and the nearby temple offers a great climb.

The hotel's location in the wilderness was a major draw for me, surrounded by stunning scenery and plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities. However, the real letdown was the outdated water heating system, which struggled to keep up with the demand during peak hours. Despite this, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

I've gotta say, the staff at this place really made our stay special. They were super friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, including finding some kid-friendly food for our little one who's not a big fan of Indian cuisine. The location is also a major plus - it's close to everything we wanted to see and do. The only thing that's a bit of a letdown is the outdoor area of the Retreat, which could use a bit of TLC to make it feel more welcoming.
