I liked the location—it’s close to a lot of places. But I wasn’t happy with the overall cleanliness: the bathroom and bedding were dirty, and my room was next to a dumpster that smelled outside. The facilities’ cleanliness was unsatisfactory.

A staff member was genuinely kind and the price was reasonable, though I still think it could be cheaper. People were standing outside our room talking loudly and there was a smell of something burning nearby. The rooms had mold and water spots, and the microwave was covered in rust inside. I received a filthy towel, and when I asked for another one the same staff member said yes but I never saw him again. That same staff member was about to get into a fight with someone. One towel had black residue that looked like motor oil. I wondered why I was sneezing and coughing so badly, and it turned out the AC unit was full of dust. Thankfully I had my own blankets. I’m not sure when the sheets were last cleaned, considering how dirty the towel looked. I’m not saying the hotel should be perfect, but it should be far better than this—just ridiculous! I tried to give the place the benefit of the doubt because of the nice staff member at check‑in, but I wasn’t expecting an experience like this. Good thing I won’t be coming back.
