Breakfast wasn’t offered, but the spot is unbeatable. The Wi‑Fi lagged a bit, otherwise everything else was solid.

Iron and microwave sit just outside the room, while the fridge, kettle, breakfast crockery, tea, coffee and other essentials are plentiful inside. The room is very spacious, with a table, chair, sofa and a TV that streams Netflix. The photo shows the exact room I stayed in. The bathroom boasts a large bath and shower, all looking impeccably clean. It’s on a quiet street, a short walk from Warrior Square station and the sea front. I can’t think of anything I didn’t like; the view from the window shows houses on the opposite side of the street, but I never intended to sit in the room and stare outside.

The hostess is excellent, and the location is perfect for the beach and a quick swim. Nothing else to note.
