I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The place itself is amazing, but unfortunately, it rained heavily during our stay and the unit my parents were staying in, unit 7, had water seeping through the walls and floors, making it damp and humid. Although the team was responsive and offered to bring towels, they didn't offer a refund, which I think would have been a fair gesture given the circumstances. As a result, my parents had an unpleasant stay.
