The bar staff were friendly and warm, welcoming us right away, and the food was good; when our shower in the room broke, they swapped it for a new one without any fuss and apologized. The outdoor space was large and sunny, but it felt a bit tired and in need of TLC, with broken furniture, cobwebs, and general dirt that required attention.
