We felt well taken care of there; breakfast was adequate, offering something for everyone, we liked it and will come back.

The staff were very friendly, and even with very few guests the breakfast was excellent; the rooms were tidy and clean, but unfortunately the operator shut down the restaurant.

Check‑in was straightforward, room arrangements were clear, and at the scheduled time the breakfast arrived fresh with tasty rolls; everything was simple, friendly, and brightly furnished—ideal for a weekend getaway in the beautiful Thuringian Forest. The only downside was that breakfast was the only option at the inn, no drinks were served, and you must keep the key because it can’t be lost.
