The service was excellent, the location convenient, and the facilities spotless and highly convenient, though a quick fix on the hot shower during the cold season would be nice.

We never got to stay at Kelly Homes because when I phoned to verify the address/location, I was told they were booked and couldn't accommodate me and my husband; at that late hour I couldn't find another place to stay in Kilifi, which was very disappointing, and I would have been even more disappointed if I had driven there and then received that news. When your accommodation is completely booked, you need to indicate that so people don’t book a room and think they actually have a place to stay.
