I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's value for money, and my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The services were good, and the room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning and TV were working fine, and I appreciated the hotel's efforts to provide a comfortable stay within my budget.

“worst”

I'm extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel, which was supposed to be a work-related visit. Upon arrival, I found the front desk unattended, and the executive informed me that the chef was on leave, yet I was still charged extra for basic items like tea and water. The room was in a deplorable state, with a thick layer of dust on the table and bed, a stained mirror, and a dirty bathroom.

“Will stay again for sure!”

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to its convenient location, nice rooms, and polite staff. The food was good, and the hotel even provided me with a water kettle to make my tea upon request. The air conditioning and hot water were functioning properly, and I appreciated the hotel's attention to detail. However, I did notice that the cleanliness could be improved, and I would suggest that the staff pay more attention to this aspect.

My experience at this hotel was marred by a shocking incident of corruption at the reception. The receptionist was dishonest and refused to let me check in, which left me feeling frustrated and betrayed. The service I received was pathetic, and I will be filing an official complaint about this incident. The hotel's reputation has taken a severe hit, and I would advise others to exercise caution when dealing with the staff.
