The location was good—close to the metro and a supermarket, behind Donmung Airport. The staff were very nice, the place was quiet, and I really enjoyed my vacation there.

I appreciated their service; I brought two elderly guests who couldn't use the stairs, so the staff set up a bed next to the sofa, and they were quick to respond via chat.

The accommodation offers a shared kitchen with a fridge whose contents can be taken without extra charge, a microwave, a kettle, instant coffee, crackers, and disposable plates and cutlery; you can ask questions on Line, and it’s close to a convenience store. The entrance is a bit deep into a side lane, and from the BTS station it’s a long walk—taking a taxi is more convenient.
