Everything was beautiful—24‑hour service, activities for kids and adults, a little free marshmallow every day, breakfast at the villa, and the hotel restaurant’s prices were very reasonable with tasty food. Nothing negative.

I mistakenly booked what I thought was a pool‑side room, only to find the room had no pool, which was disappointing for my 6‑year‑old who was looking forward to swimming, but the Butler on duty was extremely helpful and even accommodated our cooking activity, so we still had an enjoyable and comfortable stay; the only drawback was the presence of several free‑roaming dogs nearby, which made me uneasy when walking my own dog, especially when three of them would bark and approach.

The private Onsen unit was a real highlight for me, thanks to its secure and well-maintained setup, complete with a private gate and fence that let my dog roam free. However, the overall design felt a bit lacking in style, and the parking area could use some tidying up – there were leaves scattered around.

This place offers fantastic value for the price, with a great breakfast included and top-notch service from Sann and her team – they really went above and beyond to make our stay special. Plus, the villa was huge and had plenty of space to spread out.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this place had thought of everything – the facilities were top-notch, with special treats and a lovely view, and the staff were attentive and friendly. All in all, it was a really impressive experience.
