Neelkanth Retreat

I was really looking forward to my stay, but things started off on the wrong foot. I called to confirm my booking, only to be told that they weren't accepting it and had cancelled it altogether. The staff's unprofessional behavior was a huge letdown, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The whole experience was a bit of a disaster from the start.

The only redeeming quality of this place was being able to check out without any issues. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience was a disaster. The rooms were filthy, and it seemed like the staff was completely uninterested in helping me with anything. To top it off, the food was a catastrophe - the chef clearly needs some serious training or a new job.

The retreat is about 250-300m away from main road and the retreat provides a pickup from the base by a gypsy. Specially in this season(Spring-April), the road is naturally decorated with rhododendron flowers, which makes the journey to the retreat mesmerizing. As you reach the property you are greeted with the familiar mountain scent of oak, pine and other mountain trees. The birds, the freshness in the air and the peace of the area is really relaxing. Paired with modern facilities with fast wifi, hot water and good food, you really can sink into the natural vibe of this place. The property is really spacious and you can find your private corner to chill

Exceptional, but let me clear a few points here. 1. The property from inside is superb 2. This is pet friendly property as we stayed with our pet 3. Location is super cool once you reach the property 4. The staff is very helpful and The owner Mr. Ankit is polite. 5. The food is amazing, the chef is good. 6. Bone fire is there, music is there, and few of other facilities. 7. Room is super clean, washroom is also clean. 8. Hot water is there. 9. 10 km from #zero point Mukteshwar, #Chauli Ki Jaali, #Mukteshwar Dham Temple. 10. 8 km from #Bhaalugaad waterfall 1. There is road construction work going on.lots of dust is there, hope work might be complete in a year considering the area. You have to drive 2 km on kaccha road. 2. Not recommended for people above 45-50 years, as you have to climb the property 200 mtr from road. It seems like you are going on a Trek. 3. Once you reach the property, you will not think to go again to explore the nearby locations. Thankyou Satvinder
