The location was good, but the towels felt like they had been hand‑washed, and we were unsure whether they were fresh or still used by previous guests; apparently the towels were air‑dried, giving them a rough texture. On the first bathroom visit I had to remove dark, short hair from the toilet seat. Because we checked in very late by door code, I couldn’t complain right away since no staff were around. Breakfast was almost unpleasant: the coffee machine worked poorly, the food selection was limited and poorly marked, and a few color‑questionable radishes stayed untouched every day. There was no trash bin for tea bag wrappers. The breakfast room felt uninviting, almost makeshift, and the service was incomplete, bland, and lacking care.
