It was a pleasant discovery, very good quality facilities, nice finishes, ideal heating, large and comfortable beds. It has everything for autonomy, you can arrive whenever you want, they give you the access keys, and you take breakfast in your room. Excellent experience and highly recommended.

I found this place a great choice in Puerto Natales, with a solid location, good facilities, and staff who were super friendly, but the breakfast could have been more varied since it was the same every day we stayed.

The room was comfy and I highly recommend it, though the shower could use some improvement.

The room felt very cozy, and the breakfast was excellent and plentiful—staff left a fresh tray each evening for the next day in the room. Nothing else bothered me.
