I booked rooms through Booking in April, and a week before my trip (almost a month later) I was told that the rooms had been rented elsewhere because they had been reserved with a 50% deposit. That made me distrust that they respected Booking reservations and that they demand money before the date. Very bad. Also, not all rooms had air‑conditioning, which is a problem in the hot, humid Oaxtepec.

They didn’t attend to me, denied my reservation even though I already had it, and the phone number for contact never worked or received calls.

The location and accessibility were good, but the hotel entrance was very narrow with little space to enter, only one exit, and no emergency exit was visible. The images shown online do not match the actual site.

The staff were friendly, but the place smelled bad, wasn’t very clean, the pool and jacuzzi were dirty, and the parking was uncomfortable.
