Very good and cozy. They let us check in at 22:30, even though the maximum check‑in time is 21. The Wi‑Fi is stable. The rooms are good. The location is near the bus stand and a good rental nearby. A ceramic heater in the shower would be nice.

Nice common room and the location is great to drive in and use the bus. The beds are uncomfortable, it was quite dirty and cold everywhere.

I stayed in a snug little place that was spotless, and the showers were fantastic. The spot is great—just a 5‑minute drive to Tsugaike and Iwatake mountains—and the staff were lovely too. Nothing to complain about; it was all good.

The property sits in a very secluded spot, and I visited in winter when the snow around it looked gorgeous. It felt like staying at a grandparent’s house, and getting there by car was easy. The gas heating system, however, can emit an unpleasant odor that isn’t kid‑friendly, and the ventilation is weak. One night, the whole building filled with smoke from the fireplace; it had a piney scent but was overwhelmingly uncomfortable.
