“Try harder”
beautiful view, seems pretty clean great location. reception asked if i want a complementary upgrade and when i said yes she said it it was 50 Swiss fr?? SHe was not friendly. Hotel has no atmosphere by staff. Housekeeping not good. no replenishment of water in rooms . Hotel feels tired and rooms old. They seem to have a captive market with IMD so make no effort at all. Ordered poached eggs which tasted of vinegar. Generally Movenpic try harder . It is not worth the expense of the room rate
