The level of misunderstanding and the standard of communication were highly unprofessional. The phone staff lacked sufficient training, as they were unable to comprehend or address basic inquiries, resulting in a significant loss of time. Ultimately, we cancelled our reservation due to misinformation provided by a staff member prior to our arrival regarding the necessary documentation

The place looked nice, but the surroundings were very dirty, there was no restaurant—only a kitchen—and food was delivered to your room.

I recently had a frustrating experience with a hotel that I had booked a room at. Despite having a confirmed reservation, I was told that they were fully booked, which seemed like a weak excuse considering the lack of effort they put into communicating with me. The whole ordeal left a bad taste in my mouth, and I would advise others to be cautious when dealing with this establishment. Unfortunately, their poor communication and uncooperative attitude made for a disappointing stay.
